THE CELLAR
Fermentations in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats
Aging in French oak barrels (new for 1/3 and 2 years old for 1/3 )
Certified HVE 3 since the 2018 vintage
TASTING
Deep and dark colour.
On the nose, intense and elegant aromas of ripe black fruit.
A supple wine with well-integrated notes of wood for a fine and balanced palate ending on an intense finish. (Tasted 12 June 2020)
