THE CELLAR
Fermentations in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats
Aging in French oak barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 one year old)
Certified HVE 3 since the 2018 vintage
TASTING
Deep colour, rich nose of black fruit with hints of spices evolving into ripe fruit
aromas on the palate lifted by a both elegant and powerful backbone. (Tasted 12 June 2020)
